    The Distinguished Senior Scholarship Application for 2019-20 is now available. This scholarship is awarded to 25 seniors with at least 30 credit hours of course work at the University of Mississippi and have a minimum resident GPA of 3.75. Deadline to apply is Friday, May 10, 2019.

    University of Mississippi Coronavirus/COVID-19 FAQs

    In an effort to protect our community and slow the spread of the coronavirus, the FA Office will practice social distancing. WE ARE STILL OPEN during this time, but we ask that you please schedule an appointment in advance with our advisors. We encourage Zoom and phone appointments as much as possible, but understand if you require an in-person meeting. To schedule an appointment, click here.     The Federal CARES application process for the University of Mississippi is now closed.

    Students are reminded to check their online award notification for the 2020-21 academic year to accept aid and handle any outstanding requirements.

    Summer Financial Aid: If you plan on receiving financial aid for summer classes, you need to submit a Summer Financial Aid Application for consideration. Please visit this page for general summer aid information.
    Appeals for Suspension: The written online appeal submission deadline for Fall 2019-2020 is October 7, 2019. If your written financial aid appeal has been denied, you may request an In-Person Appeal – form submission deadline for the fall term is October 14, 2019. The In-Person option does not apply to Scholarship Appeals.State of Mississippi Aid: For State Aid awards such as MTAG and MESG, disbursement is anticipated before October 15, 2019.

    The 2018-2019 Community College Scholarship Application is now open. Please visit olemiss.edu/applynow/transfer-regional-scholarship.html to complete your 2018-2019 application. Deadline for the Community College Scholarship Application is April 1, 2018.
    Office Hours: The Office of Financial Aid is open at 8:00 a.m. Central time, Monday through Friday. To allow for proper customer service, the office accepts its last visitors at 4:30 p.m.

    Help Line Hours: The Ole Miss Student Financial Services Help Line (1-800-891-4596) is available from 8:00am to 5:00pm Central time, Monday through Friday.
